The site being scrutinized is located in an historical area near the old
town on the right bank of the Ishim River. The focus of the complex is
a square in its central area, where a pedestrian urban axis from the old
town terminates. The elements forming the square are tall apartment
buildings with a commercial lower section. The administrative upper
building unifies the complex into a common compositional totality.
