„Akacijų vilos“ (Acacia villas) – a housing estate of multiflat buildings in Kaunas.
1st place winner in a competition.

The lot is in the city of Kaunas, in a complex of single family homes, with views of the Nemunas valley. Access to the lot is from Akacijų Avenue. The goal is to design an apartment building consistent with the existing urban (free planning) structure. The
building, comprised of two parts, faces the Nemunas valley like a periscope. Aged acacias dictated the building’s architecture.
