The complex is being designed in accordance with the varied terrain, with cottages naturally terraced and appearing to become smaller. The main idea is to form a complex having common spaces (children’s playgrounds and recreational zones) and also featuring a private inner courtyard. In consideration of the amazing natural scenery, current urban situation, social status, and market analysis, a cottage-type residential option was chosen.
Open car park spaces were created on the ground floor of every building. Achieving maximum privacy was desired, even though the residential complex was based on a community principle.
